I gave A-Avanced Home Services a rating of 5 stars. The technician Josep was friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain to me my repairs in away I could understand. Tatum was always polite on the phone. One lady (not sure of her name) took the time to help me with an issue I had with my home warranty plan. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to all involved. No complaints from me.

A -Advance co. It is very polite, prompt and returning calls and meeting their timeline of the appointment. If theres a delay, theyll let you know and very determined to resolve the issue of your of your unit.

Im going to give a 5 to the technicians they all worked combined until my issue was resolved. I appreciate the persistence to resolve my issue. Unfortunately I used them through a warranty company which adds extra layers of confusion however the technicians did a good job so far its been a few days and I havent had any issues

Excellent service. Rufus went above and beyond. Our furnace went out right before Christmas with family in town. Rufus ordered the part 2 days before the holiday and installed the part on Christmas Eve. He made sure we had heat for the holiday. Thanks for your great service Rufus.

Very appreciative for the response and job completion performed by the two technicians assigned to us from A Advanced Home Services. During a cold front, they came to my house immediately after the service order was made, to repair my heating system. The two technicians were very cordial and knowledgeable. Within a short amount of time, they identified the problem and replaced the part. They were very professional and I am grateful for their work.

These guys were amazing! They were prompt. They knew exactly what needed to be repaired. This is the first time the repairmen nailed the position of the dampers. Out of the 7 years that Ive been in the house, several people have come out to position the dampers. Either it was too hot in one room and too cold in another. These guys made it right. The temperature is balanced throughout the whole house.
